Sales Manager – Real Estate
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to handle customer site visits, present real estate projects effectively, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and guide them through the entire sales process until registration.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling & Site Visits
- Welcome and greet customers professionally during site visits.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment objectives.
- Conduct detailed project presentations and site tours.
- Explain project features, amenities, location advantages, legal approvals, and investment benefits.
Sales & Conversion
- Convert site visits into bookings and sales.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with tele-calling, marketing, and CRM teams for lead management.
- Ensure customers receive timely updates and support throughout the buying process.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
Documentation & Registration Support
- Assist customers with booking procedures and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and registration teams.
- Ensure smooth completion of the sales process until property registration.
- Track and update customer status in the CRM system.
Reporting
- Submit daily site visit reports and sales activity reports.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and registrations.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred).
