Sourav Sir Classes is looking for a Tele Caller Executive to support our student outreach and admission process. The role involves communicating with prospective students and parents, explaining course offerings, and assisting them with the admission process. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, programs, and benefits offered by the institute.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Guide interested candidates through the admission process.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic team for updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
Area and Scope of Work:
- Telephonic communication with students and parents across different regions.
- Promotion of academic programs and educational services offered by the institute.
- Lead generation, follow-up, and conversion of inquiries into admissions.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with prospective and existing students.
- Supporting marketing and admission campaigns through calling activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain records.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or education counseling will be an advantage.
