Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive student acquisition, brand awareness, and lead generation initiatives for Canam Consultants Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, organizing student engagement activities, managing institutional partnerships, and supporting business growth across assigned territories.
The role requires a strong understanding of the study-abroad ecosystem, digital marketing trends, student recruitment strategies, and event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to generate quality student leads.
- Promote study-abroad programs, university partnerships, educational fairs, webinars, and counseling sessions.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Coordinate with branch teams to achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in managing social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with content teams to create engaging promotional content, blogs, student success stories, and event creatives.
Event Management
- Organize seminars, workshops, education fairs, school visits, and university outreach activities.
- Coordinate with university representatives and internal stakeholders for successful event execution.
- Ensure maximum participation and lead conversion from marketing events.
Relationship Building
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners.
- Identify opportunities for strategic alliances and referral partnerships.
- Represent the organization at educational events and networking forums.
Market Research & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging study-abroad destinations.
- Analyze student preferences and campaign performance data.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, event outcomes, and marketing ROI.
Brand Promotion
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Support initiatives that strengthen Canam's position as a trusted study-abroad and EdTech brand.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism while interacting with students, parents, institutions, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech, study abroad, higher education, or student recruitment.
- Freshers with strong marketing aptitude and internship experience may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of marketing executive tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to organize events and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel for events, seminars, and institutional visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in student recruitment, overseas education, or education counseling industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Understanding of study-abroad trends and international education markets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
