ABOUT BRAND SIDE STORY
We are looking for passionate, empathetic, and engaging Workshop Facilitators to conduct awareness sessionsfor school students (Grades 5–12) as part of a large-scale adolescent health and wellbeing initiative.
The programme focuses on creating safe, informative, and age-appropriate conversations aroundmenstrual health, feminine hygiene, periods, puberty, body changes, personal hygiene, self-care, and healthylifestyle practices among young adolescents.
As a facilitator, you will play a key role in helping students understand their changing bodies, break mythsand stigma around menstruation, develop healthy hygiene habits, and build confidence through interactiveand meaningful discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive workshops for school students (Grades 5–12) on menstrual health, feminine hygiene, periods, puberty, body changes, and overall adolescent wellbeing.
- Facilitate sensitive discussions around adolescence, personal hygiene, and self-care in a comfortable, inclusive, and non-judgmental manner.
- Use age-appropriate activities, discussions, and facilitation techniques to ensure active student participation and engagement.
- Create a safe and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing concerns.
- Coordinate with school authorities and the internal operations team to ensure seamless planning and execution of sessions.
- Maintain session reports, attendance records, feedback forms, and other required documentation.
- Represent the organisation professionally during school interactions and adhere to all programme guidelines.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Prior experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, teaching, counselling, or youth engagement programmes will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with adolescents and handle sensitive topics with empathy and maturity.
- Understanding of menstrual health, puberty, and adolescent development will be preferred.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the assigned city will be an added advantage.

Location: Chennai
Type of Role: Project-Based | Contractual | On-Site⚡ Joining: Immediate
Salary Package: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
The role requires regular travel to schools within the assigned city and flexibility to align with school timings.
