Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects, including Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing activities. The candidate should be capable of handling site operations, contractor coordination, quality control, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor residential construction activities.
- Manage Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing work at project sites.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Monitor material usage and site progress.
- Maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
Essential Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Candidate should be residing in or around Kodaikanal.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
