Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including GMP, GHP, HACCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures, specifications, and records.
- Monitor and improve quality processes across manufacturing operations.
Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards.
- Lead food safety programs and risk assessment activities.
- Coordinate internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively.
Quality Control Operations
- Oversee incoming material, in-process, and finished product inspections.
- Ensure laboratory testing and product verification activities are conducted as per standards.
- Monitor product quality trends and investigate deviations.
- Review and approve product release decisions.
Customer & Supplier Quality Management
- Handle customer complaints and quality-related concerns.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate supplier quality performance and support supplier audits.
- Work closely with procurement and production teams to improve raw material quality.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage QA/QC executives, supervisors, analysts, and inspectors.
- Conduct training programs on quality and food safety requirements.
- Develop team capabilities and performance improvement plans.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to reduce defects, rework, customer complaints, and product losses.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
