The designated employee will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of land-related transactions, ensuring
timely and accurate payment documentation. They will be involved in maintaining detailed records of land purchases,
advances and statutory payments, as well as determining land sale prices during SPV transfers.

Experience: 5 Years and Above
Education Qualification: B.Com., SAP
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Land and Lease Bookings / Payments:
- Regular payments need to be done as per the TAT guideline raised by the site team. Need to check all the
documents and required checklist set by the Land Team before doing payments.
2. Payment Tracking & Documentation:
- Ensure that all payments are tracked against the approved budgets, with corresponding documents
received within 1-2 weeks of payment. Follow up will be required for documentation with certain
departments.
3. Land Purchase Records:
- Maintain comprehensive acre-wise and nature-wise details of land purchased, advances paid, statutory
charges, and budgeted spends for accurate financial reporting.
4. RPT Transactions and SPV Transfer Pricing:
- Determine land sale prices during the transfer of land between Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), ensuring
compliance with internal and external guidelines.
5. Quarterly and Monthly Closing activities:
- As cleanmax does quarterly and monthly closing activity, candidate will be required to stay up late and
help the team in closing activities.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Financial Management:
Expertise in tracking invoices, and payments related to land transactions.
2. Accuracy & Compliance:
Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately passed for land purchases and SPV transfers.
3. Collaboration:
Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
4. Data Extraction and Compilation:
Adhoc requirement will be coming case to case were extraction of data and compilation of the same from the
various sources along with the data sorting, cleaning, and maintaining the database.
5. Tools: Candidate should be proficient in Excel, SAP preferably FICO module, and Tally.
