About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
- Handle meeting invitations, agenda preparation, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Organize and manage emails, correspondence, and important documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Track deadlines, action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in calendar management and meeting coordination for senior executives.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Calendly, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience coordinating meetings across different time zones is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
