About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tester to join our team, focusing on ITSM implementations and the Automated Test Framework (ATF). The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality releases with minimal production defects. You will be responsible for validating configurations, customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
- Build reusable test steps and comprehensive test suites.
- Analyze failures and ensure the long-term stability of automated scripts.
- Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements.
- Validate ITSM, CSM, HR workflows.
- Design and execute test cases based on BRD/FRD and user stories.
- Conduct regression testing during platform upgrades and patch releases.
- Validate inbound/outbound integrations and perform API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Log, track, and manage defects using standard management tools.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
