In the Cyber Engineering & IAM Solutions Product Family the Directory Services Product Team is responsible for providing secure, audit proof Directory Services on-premise and in the cloud. Be part of a global community where your ideas and expertise make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance Active Directories (AD) and Cloud Directories (Entra ID and 21Vianet).
- Serve as a technical expert for authentication and authorization services, group policies and related Microsoft ecosystem components.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and third-level support for complex issues across global environments.
- Collaborate closely with other architects, engineers, project managers and product owners in a global team setup.
- Participate in lifecycle management, including updates, patching, migrations, and system hardening.
- Document configurations, solution designs, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, automation, and optimization.
- Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation.
- Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the technology landscape and provide technical leadership.
- Share knowledge and best practices while interacting and building consensus across business and technical areas and teams.
- Apply and adapt known tools/solutions after detailed analysis and sometimes develop creative approaches to solve problems which are typically undefined and unexpected.
- Resolve topics with focus on efficiency or operational excellence and take new perspectives.
- Influence strategic decisions within the product scope.
