Manage the executive's calendar and appointments.
- Screen phone calls and emails.
- Draft, review, and respond to correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings and prepare agendas.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute action items.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
- Book flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries.
- Manage travel-related expenses and reimbursements.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with different departments.
- Monitor progress and provide status updates.
