Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive B2B revenue for our industrial machinery fabrication business. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from factory-level technical understanding to customer negotiation and final project erection. Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Market Development
- Identify new B2B leads across target manufacturing and processing industries.
- Pitch fabrication capabilities to corporate clients, project managers, and procurement heads.
- Build a strong pipeline of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects.
Technical Consultation & Factory Liaison
- Coordinate with the factory engineering team to assess fabrication feasibility.
- Translate customer blueprints, designs, and technical specifications for production.
- Present custom machinery solutions that align with client operational requirements.
On-Site Client Engagement & Erection Oversight
- Conduct site visits to understand installation constraints and space allocations.
- Own the project scope for heavy machinery erection and commissioning at client sites.
- Manage on-site execution teams to ensure seamless installation and handover.
Commercial Management
- Prepare technical commercial proposals, cost estimations, and formal tenders.
- Negotiate contract terms, payment schedules, and project delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely payment collection based on agreed project milestones.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Business Marketing.
- Experience: 2–5 years in B2B industrial sales, heavy equipment, or custom steel fabrication.
Technical & Core Competencies
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Project Management: Understanding of site readiness, rigging, and machinery alignment.
- B2B Dynamics: Familiarity with long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying, and RFPs.
Soft Skills
- Strong Negotiation: Capability to close high-value capital equipment deals.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for factory alignments and client site visits.
- Communication: Clear articulation of technical details to both engineers and executives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
