Storekeeper – Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Receive, inspect, and verify goods delivered by suppliers.
- Organize and store inventory properly to prevent damage, loss, or wastage.
- Issue materials and supplies to departments such as Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain daily stock registers, inventory reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team for timely procurement of materials.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage conditions in the store area.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
- Use inventory management software and MS Excel for stock tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth resort operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accountability for all inventory and store records.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
