Job Title: Operations ManagerJob Purpose
To oversee the day-to-day operations, administration, maintenance, safety, and tenant services of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all building systems, common areas, and support services while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration
- Execute instructions and complete all operational and administrative follow-ups assigned by management.
- Manage daily operations and administration of the facility.
- Ensure timely communication of important information to occupants and stakeholders.
- Prepare service orders and work orders and obtain necessary approvals.
Facility Management
- Conduct daily inspections of the premises along with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security teams.
- Monitor and inspect all critical plant and machinery, including:
- Lift Systems
- Cooling Towers and Pumps
- LT Panels and Electrical Rooms
- DG Sets
- Transformer Rooms
- Ensure overall maintenance, cleanliness, and proper signage throughout the premises.
- Coordinate renovation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain effective relationships with occupants, vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders for smooth delivery of services.
- Ensure vendor performance and service quality meet organizational standards.
Tenant Management
- Ensure compliance with fit-out procedures for new occupants.
- Manage move-in and move-out processes as per established guidelines.
- Address operational concerns and coordinate resolutions promptly.
Safety & Compliance
- Conduct weekly inspections to identify and eliminate fire hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure adherence to operational manuals, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all occupants and visitors.
Utility & Cost Management
- Monitor and control electricity and water consumption.
- Maintain optimum power factor and support energy-saving initiatives.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, including operational expenses, AMC costs, payroll, and other expenditures.
Team Management
- Supervise Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security teams.
- Ensure staff discipline, grooming, training, and performance management.
- Maintain manpower records and coordinate staffing requirements with the HR department.
HR & Employee Welfare Coordination
- Support annual performance appraisal and increment processes.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities and festival celebrations.
- Facilitate annual health check-ups in coordination with HR.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facility operations, commercial building management, or property administration.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, vendor management, budgeting, and safety compliance.
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
