JD:
10–14 years of overall IT/software testing experience with at least 3–5 years in a Test Manager/Lead role. Telecom/Broadband domain experience is mandatory. Strong background in both manual and automation testing. Hands-on knowledge of automation tools: Selenium, Appium, UiPath, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and working in cross-functional squads. Proficient with test management and collaboration tools – JIRA, Confluence. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
