Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business goals.
- Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing, design, product, and sales teams.
- Create engaging content ideas including reels, videos, stories, product launches, campaigns, customer testimonials, employer branding, and event coverage.
- Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content writers to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor daily engagement by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to recommend innovative campaign ideas.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and collaborate with automotive creators, EV enthusiasts, and content creators.
- Manage paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team.
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate social media coverage during product launches, exhibitions, dealership events, and corporate activities.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Svitch's presence as an employer of choice.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X, and YouTube platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Experience in social media planning, scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- Certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the EV, Automobile, or Consumer Brand industry is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
