Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product knowledge to facilitate sales.
- Merchandising & Upkeep: Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Operations & POS: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash/card transactions, and process returns.
- Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report discrepancies.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product ranges and promotions.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
