As part of our technology expansion, the software division of EnergyScape Renewables is building a powerful end-to-end CRM platform for the solar industry, designed to streamline the entire lifecycle of solar projects—from lead management and design to installation, operations, and customer support.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Database Developer located in Ernakulam. The Database Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining database systems that power our end-to-end solar CRM platform.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, writing complex queries, ensuring database performance and scalability, and troubleshooting data-related issues. The role also involves working with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, supporting reporting and analytics through Power BI or similar reporting tools, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to ensure reliable and efficient data management across the platform.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in PostgreSQL (PSQL) database development
- Strong skills in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Pay: ₹222,006.34 - ₹900,000.00 per year
