Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain records and files
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Take notes/minutes during meetings
- Communicate with clients, staff, and other departments
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Assist in daily administrative tasks
