Job Description:
The Telecalling Staff is responsible for making phone calls to customers to promote the company’s products or services. They handle customer inquiries, provide information, and support sales activities by building good relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and introduce products/services
- Answer customer questions in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Take customer feedback and report to the team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 th,12th pass or graduate
- Basic communication skills in Hindi
- Basic knowledge of computers
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
