The Fund Raising Manager will play a critical role in mobilizing financial resources, building strategic donor relationships, and expanding HFI’s impact through institutional partnerships, CSR collaborations, philanthropic giving, and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Raising Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute comprehensive fund-raising strategies aligned with HFI’s mission and annual goals.
* Identify and secure funding opportunities from:
* Corporate CSR programs
* Foundations and grant-making institutions
* High-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
* International donors and philanthropies
* Government and multilateral agencies
* Create annual fund-raising plans with measurable targets and timelines.
* Build long-term donor pipelines and relationship management systems.
2. CSR & Institutional Partnerships
* Identify potential CSR partners aligned with HFI focus areas such as environment, education, wellness, health, and community development.
* Lead discussions, presentations, proposal submissions, and partnership closures.
* Coordinate with internal project teams to align donor expectations with implementation plans.
* Maintain ongoing engagement with existing partners through reviews, reports, and impact presentations.
3. Proposal Writing & Documentation
* Prepare compelling concept notes, proposals, grant applications, and donor presentations.
* Work with project teams to gather budgets, impact data, implementation plans, and case studies.
* Ensure all proposals are professionally structured and aligned with donor requirements.
* Develop donor communication materials including brochures, reports, impact summaries, and presentations.
4. Donor Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporates, foundations, and strategic partners.
* Organize donor meetings, site visits, presentations, and engagement events.
* Ensure timely donor reporting and compliance with commitments.
* Maintain donor databases and track engagement history, commitments, and renewals.
5. Events & Campaigns
* Support fund-raising campaigns, events, and donor engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with media, communications, and digital teams for campaigns and visibility.
* Explore digital fund-raising and online donor engagement opportunities.
6. Compliance & Coordination
* Coordinate with finance and legal teams for donor compliance documentation.
* Ensure adherence to FCRA, CSR, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
* Support audit and reporting requirements related to donor-funded projects.

## Education
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, Public Policy, or related fields preferred.
## Experience
* 5–12 years of experience in fund raising, CSR partnerships, donor management, business development, or institutional relations.
* Prior experience in NGOs, social impact organizations, foundations, or development sector preferred.
* Proven track record of successfully raising funds and managing donor relationships.
