The Assistant Manager – PMO will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making, operational governance, resource optimization, and financial performance within US healthcare operations. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights, ensuring quality and compliance adherence, and supporting leadership with robust MIS reporting and performance management.
- Perform in-depth analysis of operational metrics including:
- User and process level Production report
- Productivity, downtime and OT Analysis
- Monthly incentives and allowance calculations
- Capacity planning and forecasting
- Develop and publish weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Support workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing alignment based on business demand.
- Drive optimal resource allocation and utilization across functions.
- Ensure backup planning and cross-training to mitigate operational risks.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and Operations teams for timely onboarding, ramp-up, and skill readiness.
- Manage and monitor project financials including:
- Budget tracking
- Revenue and cost analysis
- Support P&L ownership by identifying opportunities for:
- Cost optimization
- Productivity improvement
- Revenue enhancement
- Provide insights to leadership for financial forecasting and performance reviews.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Standardize reporting, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
- Leverage tools and automation (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, etc.) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (Advance Excel and Power BI)
- Good understanding of P&L, financial metrics, and business operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of US Healthcare / ROI operations is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Graduation in any discipline
- 5–10 years of experience in PMO / MIS / Operations Analytics roles
- Experience in Healthcare BPO / ROI domain will be added advantage
