Job Summary
Vivaan Water & Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business development, sales, and marketing initiatives for water, environmental, and infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on generating new business, managing key client relationships, leading marketing activities, handling government tenders, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, residential, institutional, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Manage company profiles, brochures, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Identify and coordinate government tender submissions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in Water, Environmental, Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, Consultancy, or Government Projects preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership, CRM, and strategic planning skills.
