Banisoft is a digital marketing agency working with clients across the USA, Canada, and Australia. We don't do vanity-metric marketing — every campaign we run is built to generate leads, lower acquisition costs, and grow our clients' revenue. We're hiring a digital marketing expert who can own that outcome.
This isn't a "post and pray" role. We need someone who diagnoses why a campaign isn't converting, fixes it, and uses AI to do it faster than the competition.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies (on-page, technical, content, and link building) for North American and Australian clients
- Run and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads — from setup to scaling to profitability
- Use AI tools throughout the workflow: keyword and content research, ad copy and creative generation, audience targeting, campaign analysis, and reporting automation
- Analyse campaign data (GA4, Search Console, ad platform dashboards) to find what's underperforming and why — then fix it
- Build and improve landing pages and conversion funnels in collaboration with design/dev
- Set up and manage email marketing and automation sequences
- Communicate clearly with US, Canadian, and Australian clients — including comfort with time-zone overlap calls and async updates
- Stay ahead of platform and algorithm changes (Google, Meta, AI search) and translate new tactics into client results
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and paid media buying (Google Ads and Meta Ads required)
- Proven, practical experience using AI tools to improve campaign speed and performance (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI-assisted ad/creative tools, automation platforms) — not just "I've heard of ChatGPT"
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — you look at a number, ask "why," and don't stop until you find the real answer
- Experience working with international clients, ideally USA, Canada, or Australia
- Comfortable with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and basic reporting/dashboard tools
- Excellent written and spoken English — client communication is a core part of this role
- Self-driven; able to manage multiple client accounts and projects without hand-holding
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in law, medical/dental, real estate, SaaS, or ecommerce marketing
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications
- Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimisation) and funnel/landing page building
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel)

Expect a practical task or case study as part of the interview — likely a real (anonymised) campaign scenario where you'll walk us through how you'd diagnose the problem and what you'd do next. We care more about your thinking process than buzzwords on a resume.
