The Lead Clinic Physician will oversee and manage patient care, ensuring high standards of medical excellence by designing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, diagnosing and managing chronic conditions, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, lifestyle-first treatment protocols. The physician will also mentor and guide junior medical staff while promoting a patient-centered approach. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore Urban.
Qualifications
- MD/DNB (mandatory) - Internal Medicine/General Medicine/Family Medicine
- 5+ years of clinical experience in: ○ Internal Medicine ○ Lifestyle diseases (Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia)
- Strong preference for: ○ Endocrinology exposure ○ Metabolic health and lipid management
- Strong experience in patient consultation, treatment planning, and monitoring clinical outcomes
- Ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary care team to deliver cohesive and integrated patient care
- Proficiency in implementing evidence-based medicine and lifestyle intervention protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and team members
- Active Karnataka Medical Council registration
- Experience in a leadership or senior clinical role is a strong advantage
- A commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and ethical medical care
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
