Key Responsibilities
- Policy & Compliance: Support the development and review of company HR policies, ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Recruitment Excellence: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting job openings and screening resumes to scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and preparing offer documentation.
- Administrative Operations: Maintain and organize employee records, manage HR databases, update employee files, and prepare essential HR reports and handbooks.
- Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires by managing the onboarding process, preparing induction kits, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback collection, and event coordination, while maintaining effective HR-employee communication.
- HR Projects: Lead or assist in various HR-driven projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the organization.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR software, such as HRMS or ATS tools, is highly preferred.
- Compliance Knowledge: A foundational understanding of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR or recruitment-focused role is an added advantage.
- Traits: Proactive, organized, and eager to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
