We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relations Manager to manage customer interactions, follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads, customers, and partners regularly.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare basic reports and updates on customer activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, telecalling, sales coordination, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
