Qualification: Required Freshers who completed BBA / MBA in Finance or Marketing in 2025 /2026.
Reporting To: Management / Director / Corporate Manager
**Role Summary
We are looking for the Corporate Assistant will provide administrative, coordination, and communication support to the Corporate Office and Management. The role involves handling documentation, follow-ups, scheduling, communication, and assisting in day-to-day corporate operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
- Handle daily office correspondence, emails, and communication.
- Draft letters, circulars, notices, and internal communication.
- Maintain corporate records, files, and important documents.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management.
2. Coordination & Follow-ups
- Coordinate between departments such as HR, Accounts, Purchase, and Site Teams.
- Follow up on pending approvals, reports, and updates from various teams.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS, reports, and documentation.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Assist in maintaining statutory records, agreements, vendor documentation, etc.
- Support in preparing data for audits, management reviews, and meetings.
4. Operations Support
- Assist in travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external agencies when required.
- Support management in executing corporate-level tasks and decisions.
5. Confidentiality & Compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of corporate documents and sensitive information.
- Ensure all communications and operations are aligned with company policies.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
- Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with senior management and handle confidential matters.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Freshers preferred
- 0-1 years of experience in corporate administration or executive assistant roles.
- Experience in construction / infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
