Position Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating leads, conducting property presentations, and converting inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify and engage potential buyers and investors for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate project information.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Documentation & Coordination
- Assist clients with booking procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.
