Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter
Industry Preference: Supermarket, FMCG, Retail, Food Processing Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar, blue-collar, bulk, and lateral hiring.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across multiple functions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Lead client meetings and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the recruitment team.
- Prepare recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring analytics.
- Conduct recruitment drives, campus hiring, and mass hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and onboarding procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 9+ years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, including team handling.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Supermarket, and Food Processing Industries.
- Strong expertise in blue-collar, bulk, volume, and lateral hiring.
- Experience in client handling, stakeholder management, and manpower planning.
- Proficiency in job portals, sourcing tools, and recruitment MIS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
