Job Title: PGT Hindi Teacher

Job Summary:
Central Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate PGT Hindi Teacher for its Sanchore branch. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to senior secondary students, enhancing their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi language and literature to senior secondary students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using interactive and student-centered teaching methods.
- Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessment materials.
- Assess students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and classroom documentation.
- Encourage participation in debates, presentations, creative writing, and other language-related activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Prepare students for board examinations and academic excellence.
- Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning and student development.
Requirements
- Post Graduate in Hindi or relevant subject.
- B.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a Hindi Teacher preferred.
- Excellent command over spoken and written Hindi.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling skills preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday (as per school timings)
