Position: Customer Care Executive (Telecaller)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Provide customer support and resolve queries
- Guide customers regarding products and services
- Perform consultative selling based on customer needs
- Maintain call records, follow-ups, and customer data
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in telecalling / BPO / customer support preferred
- Sales experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus
- Basic medical knowledge (D. Pharma / Life Sciences preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
