GAJAN Group Holdings | Remote, India | Part Time (about 20 hours/week)
Pay: 15,000 to 22,000 per month for part-time hours. The setup work is front-loaded; strong performance converts this into a full-time seat as our ad spend grows.
WHO WE ARE
GAJAN Group Holdings is a holding company with eleven businesses across commerce, software and services, with entities in Mohali and Toronto. Four e-commerce brands, a services brand in Ontario, two B2B SaaS products. The team is small. The work is real.
WHAT THIS JOB IS
You will own conversion tracking across every brand we run. Server-side first: Meta CAPI, Google Ads enhanced conversions, GA4, GTM server containers, event deduplication, and reconciling what the platforms claim against what the store and bank confirm. Ads only work when the data under them is true. You are the person who makes it true, on a part-time schedule that front-loads the setup and settles into maintenance, audits and new-campaign support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set up and maintain server-side tracking: GTM server containers, Stape or equivalent, Meta CAPI with event deduplication, Google enhanced conversions
- Audit attribution: catch double counting, view-through inflation, refund and COD leakage
- Reconcile platform numbers against store and bank revenue, weekly, in writing
- Standardize tracking across multiple Shopify brands and landing pages
- Work with our media buyer and creative team so every campaign launches tracked
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have personally set up server-side tracking for a real business: CAPI, GTM server-side, GA4. Name it and be ready to show it on screen
- You can explain event deduplication and attribution windows in plain words
- Shopify pixel and checkout event experience
- Honest about what you have not done: we test for this
