Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates from job portals and LinkedIn Conduct initial HR screening calls Schedule and coordinate interviews Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Requirements: Excellent communication skills Strong interest in HR & Talent Acquisition Basic knowledge of recruitment process Immediate joiners preferred Laptop is mandatory It is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or MBA (HR) students looking to start their career in recruitment.
