- Manage the entire warehouse/logistics operations and handling courier partners/service providers from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfilment.
- To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines. - Preparing DSR/DR (Daily Sales Report/Dispatch Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
Knowledge of MS Excel like Vlookup, Pivot, Filters, etc. SAP
Systematic & organized working.

Excellent communication skills
Good at Ms Office suite(PPT and excel)
