Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced GeM Portal Executive to manage end-to-end operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, tender participation, bidding, and government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete operations of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal
- Handle product listing, catalog creation, and updates
- Participate in tenders, bidding processes, and quotations
- Generate business opportunities through the GeM portal
- Manage order processing and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procurement policies
- Maintain accurate records of bids, orders, and transactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience working on GeM Portal (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of tendering, bidding, and government procurement processes
- Experience in product listing and catalog management
- Good understanding of GeM rules and compliance
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum qualification)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for business requirements if needed
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
