Job Title: HR intern
Location: Bhopal, M.P
Duration: 3 Months internship
Note: This role will convert to Associate HR role. (Looking for Freshers)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, enjoys interacting with people, and is interested in building a career in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with the hiring team to identify, attract, and engage top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong Communication & organisation skills.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms and monitor applications.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Reach out to potential candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls when required.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Naukri, or similar job portals is preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
