Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for our premium plotted development project in Lalru. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Tricity real estate market, excellent client-handling skills, and an established Channel Partner (CP) network.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate property sales through direct clients and Channel Partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, CPs, and investors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle end-to-end sales from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital and offline campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong network of Channel Partners in Zirakpur, Derabassi, Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a four-wheeler.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in plotted developments or residential projects.
- Strong local market knowledge.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
