A Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Staff member is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining dining area cleanliness. They act as the face of the establishment, ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment of arrival to bill settlement.
Core Responsibilities
- Preparation: Perform mise-en-place by polishing silverware, stocking sideboards, and setting tables before service hours.
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials, and offer expert recommendations.
- Order Taking & Service: Accurately record orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages at proper temperatures and pacing.
- Sales: Actively suggest additional items, appetizers, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.
- Sanitation: Clear tables, remove soiled dishes, and reset dining areas according to the venue's standards.
- Billing: Prepare accurate checks, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions professionally.
Key Skills Required
- Communication: Clear, polite verbal communication to interact with guests and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Hospitality: A welcoming demeanor, patience, and the ability to handle customer complaints calmly.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables and walk long distances efficiently during busy shifts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
