Role Overview: The Vendor Acquisition & Supply Growth Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing Client's rider supply channels by onboarding and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment vendors, field recruiters, and rider partners. This is an individual contributor role requiring extensive field engagement, stakeholder management, and travel across cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment vendors and rider supply partners across Tier 1 cities.
- Build and maintain a strong network of field recruiters and rider sourcing agencies.
- Drive rider supply growth and ensure consistent onboarding numbers across operational locations.
- Maintain long-term relationships with vendors and ensure sustained rider activation and productivity.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure delivery against agreed hiring targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to operational cities to identify new supply channels and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Coordinate centrally from the Bangalore office and support regional hiring requirements.
- Develop new sourcing strategies to improve rider acquisition and reduce supply gaps.
- Work closely with operations and recruitment teams to understand city-wise manpower requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor hiring practices, and local supply opportunities.
- Ensure vendor compliance, documentation, and onboarding quality standards are maintained.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in rider recruitment, vendor management, supply acquisition, field operations, logistics, gig workforce management, or related domains.
- Experience working with rider recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, manpower suppliers, or gig workforce ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Bangalore and major Tier 1(Chennai and Hyderabad) city zones and local markets.
- Ability to independently drive initiatives without team supervision.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across operational cities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
