Key Responsibilities
- Risk & Portfolio Management: Evaluate and forecast insurable risks (e.g., liability, property, and operational exposures) and secure comprehensive policy coverage. [1, 2]
- Claims Oversight: Direct the claims process, ensuring prompt, accurate settlements that align with company regulations and minimize financial loss. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor agents, adjusters, or administrative staff to meet sales and service targets. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all insurance-related documentation, policy wordings, and regulatory submissions strictly adhere to relevant insurance laws. [1, 2]
