Job Description:
Tasa Blocks and Tiles Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee production, quality, maintenance, and manpower management at its manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure achievement of production targets.
Maintain product quality standards.
Manage plant maintenance and equipment uptime.
Control manufacturing costs and improve productivity.
Supervise workers and staff.
Ensure safety and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams.
Qualification:
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in concrete products or building materials manufacturing is desirable.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
