We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Educator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners by delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports academic and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the curriculum
Foster a supportive, safe, and engaging learning environment
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking in students
Maintain regular communication with parents
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials
Manage classroom behavior with positive discipline strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field
Certification in Elementary Education (preferred)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for working with young children
Ability to use digital tools for teaching online
Should have atleast 2 years of teaching experience
Must have online teaching experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience in activity-based or experiential learning
Knowledge of child psychology and developmental milestones
Creativity in lesson delivery and classroom engagement
