- Perform TIG (argon) welding on various metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Set up and operate TIG welding machines and related equipment
- Inspect welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and quality
- Maintain proper gas flow, electrode condition, and welding parameters
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment
- Repair and rework defective welds when required
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Proven experience as a TIG/Argon welder
- Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- ITI/Diploma in Welding or relevant field (preferred)
