Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Service to join our Volkswagen service team at Mannuthy, Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, service follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer appointments and service follow-up calls
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases
- Conduct post-service feedback calls
- Improve customer retention and satisfaction scores
- Support front office and service reception activities
Requirements
- Any Graduate/Diploma
- Good communication skills in English, Malayalam
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Experience in automobile dealership/service industry preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
