- prepare and cook continental dishes such as pasta, sauces, soups, salads, grilled items, and appetizers
- Manage and control the continental section of the kitchen
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control
- Supervise and guide Commis I, II, and III in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness .
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Monitor stock levels and reduce food wastage
- Assist Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and daily specials
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food orders
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
