Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tele Caller Cum Document Specialist to support candidate outreach and documentation processes under the YEP Project. The role involves handling calls, guiding candidates, and ensuring accurate documentation and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Tele Calling:
- Make outbound calls to candidates/leads and explain program details
- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule appointments
- Maintain call records and update status regularly
- Maintain candidate database in Excel/CRM
- Generate daily/weekly reports on calls and documentation status
Coordination:
- Work closely with trainers and center managers
- Support onboarding and registration processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (English + Regional Language preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Prior experience in telecalling or backend documentation is an advantage
