Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, purchase invoice entries, GST compliance, e-invoicing, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and a strong understanding of GST regulations, including Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and verify purchase invoices accurately in Tally.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure proper accounting of expenses, purchases, and vendor transactions.
- Handle GST-related activities, including knowledge of RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism) rules.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices as per statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and management reports for business review.
- Assist in GST return data preparation and reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST provisions, including RCM rules.
- Experience in generating E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Trading Industry.
- Knowledge of vendor management and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and taxation procedures.
