Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, promoting our software solutions, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential customers and qualify sales leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct online or in-person product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure successful project handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
