Furnifra Interiors & Furniture is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, meet potential clients, and convert inquiries into interior design and furniture projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior and furniture requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings with the design team.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, interiors, furniture, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is an added advantage.
